some pitchurs

for some reason, the neighbor kids have finally, after 10 months, decided that they are sufficiently unafraid of the large white people (or the yippy foot-longs that share our dwelling) to venture into our abode. they've spent the majority of the past two or three days playing on our dirt pile and in our living room. they's pretty cute. and maybe they were never afraid of us; school did just let out, after all.

our well had some issues, so พ่อ decided it was time to dig a new one last week. it was an interesting process. and i liked this little scene that followed:

nick's (we've, i guess, but let's be honest here) been doing door stuff still. it's kinda tricky, at least in my opinion, but seeing as i placed the bathroom doorknob 5 mm farther to the right and 5 INCHES higher than i intended, maybe my estimations are less than accurate. enjoy takin' a wee in our place, ye midgets.

yeah, the little'uns confiscated the camera for a while. i have about 12 variations of this picture, for anyone who's interested.
